FAQ
Are all probiotics the same in terms of their health benefits?

Not all probiotics are the same. There are three levels of probiotic identification starting with the Genus name (such as Lactobacillus), followed by a species name (such as paracasei) and lastly a strain name (such as GMNL-133). A strain gives the probiotic its specific function, making it more effective at supporting the body in a specific way. Strain names are important as clinical studies found on one strain cannot be applied to another strain. This means that some strains are stronger than other, even though they may share the same genus and species name. For example, GMNL-133 is different from GMNL-32 though they may both share the same genus and species name – Lactobacillus Paracasei. LB-30 is made from five specific strains that are proven effective in supporting immune and digestive health.

Is Avance LB-30 suitable for vegetarians, children, pregnant women?

The ingredients used in Avance LB-30 do not involve the life of an animal and the product may be considered vegetarian-friendly. You may wish to consider the presence of live probiotics, which may be a concern for some strict vegetarians before consuming. As there may be various reasons for individuals practicing a vegetarian or vegan diet, we encourage you to read the ingredients list presented on the label before consuming.

After weaning, the probiotics level in the body of young children especially Bifidobacteria will gradually decrease. Consuming Avance LB-30 regularly can help to replenish the good bacteria in their gut, building up strong body defences and a healthy digestive system. The yoghurt-flavoured powdered makes it a delight for children to consume.

Yes. Pregnant women may tend to encounter digestive problems, especially constipation. Consuming Avance LB-30 regularly can help to prevent these digestive disorders and promote overall wellness in both mother and infant. As each pregnancy condition is unique, we recommend pregnant women to consult their gynaecologist or health care provider before consuming any health supplements.

Do I need to refrigerate Avance LB-30?

No, Avance LB-30 does not require refrigeration. The patented nano-coating technology can effectively protect the probiotics from heat, light and oxygen, ensuring the live bacteria remain at their best condition when stored at room temperature. Always store the product in a cool, dry place.
