As Biocellulose is a highly malleable material, we encourage users to take extra care when retrieving the mask from the sachet and follow the instructions closely during application to avoid stretching or deforming the mask.

We recommend applying Vitalising Eye Mask up to three times per week for optimal results.
The speed of skin absorption may vary due to individual skin condition or affected by external factors. We suggest removing the masks if the essence has been fully absorbed by the skin and feels dry. Under normal circumstances, the masks can be applied for 15 - 20 mins.
Vitalising Eye Mask contains menthol that helps to give it a slight cooling sensation. If you prefer a more cooling experience, we suggest to cool the mask in the fridge for 10 minutes before application. The cooling sensation will be stronger and may help to depuff your eye area faster.
Vitalising Eye Mask is made from biocellulose, a natural material formed by the fermentation of coconut water and cellulose-producing bacteria. The microfibre network pattern of each biocellulose material is formed naturally during the fermentation process, hence unique and highly malleable.
Due to its naturalness, uniqueness and malleability, the denseness and the thickness of each individual piece may appear to be slightly different. Please be assured that the thickness of the mask is tightly controlled to be within our quality specifications.
We strongly encourage you to follow the instructions on the packaging for ease of application:
Remove one of the protective layers. Gently spread mask over eye area with broader flap at the lower eye and tail end along the outer corner of the eye. Remove remaining protective layer and pat firmly onto skin. Apply for 15-20 minutes.
Take note that improper handling may stretch and deform the mask.
